Dr. Mary Fox |
Chief Medical Officer,
Advanced Illness Management Clinical Physician
Dr. Fox received her medical degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia and completed her residency at Duke University Medical Center at the Duke-Watts Family Medicine Program.
Dr. Fox has had a long medical career, working in various areas, such as family care, urgent care and pain management. In the past, she has served as the chairperson for the Nursing Service Committee, Infectious Disease Committee, and as a member of Obstetrics and Gynecology Care Review Committee.
Her volunteering experiences include working as a physician volunteer at Grace Hill Health Center and Ranken Neighborhood Health Center, where she also served as a Medical Director. Dr. Fox was also a preceptor at St. Louis University Medical School’s Department of Family and Community Medicine.
Dr. M. Robert Hill | Advanced Illness Management Clinical Physician
Dr. Bob Hill received a BS in Biology/Chemistry from St. Louis University and his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He completed his residency at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, CA. His residency in Internal Medicine was completed at St. Louis University.
Dr. Hill’s certifications are in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Geriatrics.
From 1979 to 2005 Dr. Hill was employed by Deaconess Hospital. He served as Chief of Medicine from 1981 to 2005. He supervised the training of over 200 internists during this time and provided medical care and medical direction for the 200-bed facility. From 2007 to 2014 he was employed at Southwest Medical Group.
His volunteering experiences include working as a volunteer physician at Casa De Salud, which is a free clinic associated with St. Louis University. A volunteer at Habitat for Humanity assisting with new home and rehab home building. He is a member of the Board of Directors of St. Andrew’s Resources for Seniors where he serves on the Finance Committee. Dr. Hill is a past board member of Visiting Nurse Association of Greater St. Louis, where he served as Chair of the Patient Services Committee.
Dr. Dannie E. Williams | Advanced Illness Management Clinical Physician
Dr. Dannie E. Williams received her medical degree from the University of Texas and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Tulane University, New Orleans.
Prior to medical school, during her public health days, Dr. Williams travelled extensively and volunteered in various countries, such as Myanmar, Haiti, South Africa, Guatemala and Peru.
Her practice was established three years ago in the City of St. Louis, where she has a special focus on preventative health for all. She is Board Certified in Family Practice and also certified in Advance Trauma and Life Support (ATLS) and Fundamentals of Critical Care (FCCS).
Dr. Williams is dedicated to women’s health and education.
Dr. Saira Asadullah | Hospice Medical Director
Dr. Saira Asadullah first received her medical degree from Aga Khan University Hospital in Pakistan, then again from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. She later completed her years of residency at both. During her residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, her skill and efficiency as a doctor were acknowledged with multiple awards.
Throughout her career, she has taught multiple classes on a variety of medical topics, ranging from renal failure to vitamin B12 deficiency. She also contributed to several medical papers and journals on health issues, like urinary incontinence and the association between vitamin b12 deficiency and incontinence.
Dr. Asadullah is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Medical Association and the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Care.
