Give the Gift of Compassionate Care

Dear Supporters of Visiting Nurse Association,

This message is a humble “thank you” for your trust in allowing us to serve the Greater St. Louis community for over 110 years.

Through support from caring individuals in our community such as yourself, your generous donation helps us continue our mission of serving those in need and has an impact on the most fragile in our community.

Consistent with our mission to provide a coordinated continuum of care throughout one’s life span, we continue to bring healthcare to the most vulnerable in our region.

Through our Advanced Illness Management (AIM) program, we care for patients with chronic, serious health conditions who find it very difficult to leave their home to get the care they need. Our physicians and nurse practitioners provide care to patients in their home and manage their care in conjunction with the primary care physician.

Our hospice program provides compassionate care through our nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains and medical director to those nearing end of life. We understand the sacredness of this time and are honored to help individuals and their families at their most vulnerable and greatest time of need.

Through our Visit-A-Bit program, we are engaged with seniors who are lonely in our community. This unique program pairs a volunteer with a senior. They meet once a week either by telephone or in person for an enjoyable time. Seniors in the program treasure this time.

Donate online or send a check payable to VNA. Our address is 2029 Woodland Parkway, Suite 105, Maryland Heights, MO 63146. If you have questions, please contact Theresa Welch at info@vnastl.org or 314-918-7171, ext. 1202.

Your ongoing support is deeply appreciated.

Kindest regards,

The Staff of Visiting Nurse Association of Greater St. Louis
