living independently at home possible, VNA has introduced Care At Home private duty services. VNA 's Care At Home services includes a wide array of at home solutions for people with chronic health conditions or those that simply need a little assistance to manage their daily living needs.

These services offer solutions from personal care to home care that can be the difference for many between living independently at home and having to find an assisted living facility,

These services are designed to meet both short-term and longer-term needs of individuals - from those at home recovering and rehabilitating to chronically ill individuals.

VNA's Care At Home private duty services provide personalized one-on-one support from four to 24 hours a day, seven days a week. These care services will help maintain living independently and safely at home:

Bathing & Hygiene Assistance

Companionship & Safety Supervision

Light Housekeeping & Laundry Service

Respite Care for Dementia Patients

Errands & Transportation
