Qualifications ​

• Current Missouri License.

• 2 years of palliative care or hospice experience.

• 2 years experience in coordination of services.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience using Electronic Medial Records.

• Experience using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook

 Qualifications 

• Current Missouri license

• Current DEA and BNDD license

• Board certified in Geriatrics or Palliative Care preferred or an Internal or Family medicine physician with an interest in geriatrics or palliative care.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience using Electronic Medical Records.

• Home healthcare or hospice experience preferred.

Qualifications 

• Registered nurse in the State of Missouri or licensed in the State of Missouri and a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• 2 years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, and/or oncology. (Similar experience may be considered as it related to the position).

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records Charting preferred.
