Hospice RN or LPN Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN
Qualifications
-
Registered nurse in the State of Missouri or licensed in the State of Missouri and a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

2 years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, and/or oncology. (Similar experience may be considered as it related to the position).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records Charting preferred.
Palliative Care Physician Assistant Full-Time or Part-Time
Qualifications
-
Current Physician Assistant licensure.

Physician Assistant with 2 years of palliative care, geriatric or family experience preferred.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records Charting.
Palliative Care Physician (Community-Based) Full-Time or Part-Time
Qualifications

Current Missouri license
-
Current DEA and BNDD license
-
Board certified in Geriatrics or Palliative Care preferred or an Internal or Family medicine physician with an interest in geriatrics or palliative care.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience using Electronic Medical Records.
