WELLNESS SERVICES
According to the American Heart Association, cardiovascular diseases cost Americans more than $475 billion in 2008. Early detection of risk factors and lifestyle changes can play a significant role in reducing those costs and helping people live longer, healthier lives.
Visiting Nurse Association offers on-site screenings and health fairs for organizations of all sizes. VNA's wellness programs are designed to engage participants in taking an active role in their health management, equipping them with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve health improvement. Let VNA design a workplace or group wellness program to meet your organization's specific needs.
All information on individual employees is kept strictly confidential and reported only to the employees. Employers receive aggregate reports of results that identify population health risks and intervention strategies.
