Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with extended hours to 6:30 PM on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month.

The clinic is located on the south side of Olive Boulevard, about 1.5 miles east of I-270, just east of Craig Road, in the City Place East shopping center.

Appointments are needed for international travel consultation and vaccinations.
