PRESIDENT AND CEO BEVERLY WHITE RETIRES

Beverly White announced her retirment effective December 31, 2011. Ms. White served as president and CEO of Visiting Nurse Association of Greater St. Louis since 2006.  Her tenure includes more than 16 years with VNA of Greater St. Louis and five years with VNA-Houston.

Keith Steinhoff has been named interim president and CEO. Mr. Steinhoff has served on VNA's board of directors since 2002 and currently serves as chairman of the board. Mr. Steinhoff has also held the offices of treasurer and vice chairman of the board and participated in Investment, Nomination, and Executive Committees. Mr. Steinhoff retired as present and COO of Concord Bank.
