PRN OPPORTUNITIES
Hospice Nurse (PRN):
We are looking for nurses that want to provide quality one on one care to the terminally ill. A minimum of two years of nursing experience is required. Hospice experience is preferred, but will consider similar nursing background and a desire to commit to learning hospice through a mentoring program. EMR documentation a plus.
Hospice Care Aide (PRN):
We are looking for PRN Hospice Care Aides to assist in the care of the terminally ill patient, providing primarily personal care and emotional support. Candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years home health or hospice experience. CNA preferred.
Hospice MSW (PRN):
We are looking for an MSW to provide support to our Hospice program. Applicants must have a Masters degree in social work and a minimum of one year of social work experience in a home health or hospice setting. Successful candidates will have excellent team work and communication skills and EMR documentation experience. LCSW preferred.
